Large Multinational manufacturer of class 3 medical devices, Operations team identified equipment that was critical to manufacturing, struggled to find resources on the ground in Denmark. A young / inexperienced team required senior support to show best in class process improvement.
Solution

Consultant team worked with client and suppliers to re-engineer legacy equipment and update technical documentation including the URS in line with the quality system (ISO 13485).
