Challenge
The client was constructing a new biotech manufacturing facility but had fallen behind schedule due to critical engineering capability gaps, placing commissioning, qualification, and overall manufacturing readiness at risk. Shortages across Construction, Automation, Utilities and HVAC, and Process Equipment increased pressure on internal teams and heightened the risk of further delays on a complex capital project. Rapid access to specialised engineering expertise was required to stabilise the programme, mitigate immediate delivery risks, and support progress against critical milestones.
Solution
Verena identified Project Managers as well as hands on CQV and project engineers to cover these specific areas. The consultants provided had a mix of experience level with the ability to work onsite and hit the ground running from day one.
